Asus P5AD2 MB Temperature/Noise

Hi there
I am trying to find out what an acceptable motherboard temperature is for an Asus P5AD2 deluxe. I have looked around on the web though haven't been able to find the answer.

The system:
Asus P5AD2 Deluxe
Intel P4 520
ATI Radeon X800XT
Sound Blaster Audigy PCI
Coolermaster 3D Rocket pro cooler
Coolermaster ATC-620 (dual fan at the back and 1 fan at the side)

Idle:
CPU 26C/78F
MB 37C/98F
Max:
CPU 49C/120F
MB 50C/122F

CPU fan static at 2700RPM
I am trying to keep the noise down however should I increase the RPM on the cooler to try to keep the overall system temp down? and was is the acceptable temp for the motherboard?
