Gigabyte 3D CPU cooler for AMD 64bit

My current cpu is really noisy and i need a new one. ive got an AMD Athlon 64bit 3200+ . i dont plan on overclocking it so i just need it to be quiet and reasonably cheap.

i was looking at this Gigabyte 3D Rocket Cooler the one without the control panel. is this good ?

do i need one this expensive or are there better alternatives from this site...

thanx for any suggestions

First off its not the CPU its your heat sink and fan that you need. Go to this site for a more better selection of fans: www.tigerdirect.com and click on cooling products and find a heat sink and fan that you need.
