    Is it too hot?


    Hi I just replaced a dell mobo with a used abit ic7 max3 mobo. Run p4 2.8 FSB800 HT.
    Cpu Temp is 45c-49c in idle. Loaded is 55c
    Case Temp is 35c
    PWM Temp is 37c

    Video Card:
    BFG 6800GT oc with Nv Silencer
    GPU Temp 52c at idle
    Ambient Temp is 42c at idle

    GPU Temp is 76c at loaded
    Ambient Temp is 56c at loaded

    Case is MedTower from raidmax sagitta.
    One 120mm fan in the back
    One 80mm on the side
    One 120mm fan from Antec in the front.

    One CPU cooling from Zalman 9500.

    Please let me know if any of these is too hot?

    its a little warm, but its certainly within spec for all components, i wouldn't worry at all with those temps

    you should be fine, I don't even set alarm temps until 60c for my cpu. Most every high end GPU out there runs very ht as well, so that is no shock. You cpu might be a little on the warm side, I am wondering if you used a good thermal grease or not, still, it's within spec by at least 10-15c Enjoy your system!

    yeh slightly warmer than i would like however p4's can run to about 70 if im right ? so its well within safe operating

    I have a 1.333 GHz thunderbird processor and MBM 5 says it's temp is 120 degrees celcius with out any major programs open. Is this even possible? Is there an error with the program or sensor. When ever try and play farcry, sims 2 the computer crashes.
