Which is the best liquid cooling solution to use with a Thermaltake Kandalf?

i would say the bigwater SE, btw how si the kandalf? i was looking at it several times, and i cant decide between the kandalf or the shark.

The Kandalf is amazing. I'm looking at getting two additional cooling systems to reduce the noise generated by fans that came with the motherboard I have (MSI Neo FIR2).

For the CPU either:
