Need help on OC

Hi, I'd like some help for overclocking my computer.

The specs:

-Core2 duo e6600, 2.4GHz, stock heatsink, planning to add mini typhoon soon.
-2 GB Corsairs XMS 800mhz
-Geforce 8800 GTX XFX 768mb with motherboard graphics card heatsink
-Antec 900 Case with all optional fans installed on Low setting. Total of 6 fans.
-650w Antec trio power supply
-Motherboard is an EVGA 680i SLi
-150GB Raptor HD @ 10k RPM
-160 GB WD HD @ 7200 RPM

I just want to maximize my settings so I can pump out to about 3.0 GHz on the CPU, and unlock my ram to get 800mhz. My friend has done it on his ASUS striker mobo as we have near identical systems minus the mobo, but I don't know the best way to do it with the nvidia 680i.
