Strange Block Thingy?



In this dudes case over the HSF theres a strange box that tunnels to the outside..

1) What is it
2) What does it do
3) Where can i buy one!

I don't know what it does but it does show a nice neat build without a bunch of wires and cables to block the air flow.

That is to bring in cooler outside air to the front of the CPU cooler. Looks homemade but there are some factory ones out there.
