Tower112 Heating Issues

I just bought the Thermaltake Tower112; which is supposed to be their best, and run at idle (33c)

mine runs at 95c idle, and just shuts down... i followed the instructions to the letter..

could it being too tight effect it this way?

Well, we need to know whether it is the processor running at 95C or the zones. If it is the processor, you may need to upgrade your heatsink/fan. If it is the zones/case then you need to make sure nothing is blocking the fans in the front and back.

Also, upgrade your bios for the mobo, I know there was an intel 9xx that I don't remember for sure that was having "temp" problems that were not really there.
