look up my column in the COOLING section.

i describe how to actually cool your computer, with little to no money depending on what options you choose.

What I can tell you is this - almost all cooling devices won't work unless your PC was so hot it'd have died. The ones that do work are excessively undeed, and mostly to seem cool - such as cooling with nitrogen.

read my column - if you do EVERYTHING i said, and your computer does not rum many drives or anything outrageous, you should get my results.

thanks!

What thermal paste did you use? How much? You're sure you achieved good contact? How many case fans do you have? What is the ambient temperature?
I'm very surprised that you've seen no improvements, my own experience and that of everyone else I know has been that Zalman works like a charm.

My Zalman works great! People sometimes forget that you have to get cool air into the case first, then get it onto the CPU, make sure you have good case circulation first, then investigate the other options, good luck!

yeah just having a good cpu fan won't do you any good unless you have good circulation
