Unhappy Zone 2, Graphics & software

Guyz,

Please tell me where is system Zone 2 Located on my Motherboard.
I am using Intel865GBF

Also, tellme( Website Link if possible ) which is the best software to see Full System information.
Eg: Graphics Temp., CPU temp., Fan Speeds., Etc…

Me currently using Latest Version of Intel Active monitor,but it Doesn’t Displays all info.

My ideal Graphics temp is 70-72 Celcius… Is it normal?
Graphics- ATI 9800XT-256MB
