    Check CPU Temp

Is there a program I can use to keep an eye on my CPU Temp besides BIOS? And is there anything that keeps an overall computer temp, or should I only be worried about the CPU?

Motherboard Monitor, if it supports your board. Many new boards also come with their own utilites (Asus and Abit, for example)
CPU temp is most important, but its useful to know the ambient temp as well.

Everest isn't a freeware anymore. You could find last free version of it at http://www.321download.com/LastFreeware/index.html though.

My vote also goes to SiSoft Sandra Lite. It has got more utilities than you can think and it's kind of swiss army knife when it comes to monitoring your system.

    EDIT: WWWWW from DevH!

But I do think that most of the time ,the tem should be ok for the CPU. Anyway the above links are pretty good.
