What's the ideal cooling for...
I've got a 2.8 Ghz Intel P4 (478)
overclocked to 3.0
i want to go to 3.2
What would the ideal cpu fan be for my situation?

Well, there's no guarantee that the fan is the bottleneck, but basically you want a big, all copper heatsink, and good thermal paste. I recommend the Zalman CNPS7000a-Cu, or a ThermalRight SLK948 with Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste. Also be sure you have enough case fans (blowing in and out) and good airflow through the case.
