AMD a8dc mainboard. HELP!!

Hello Everyone.

I have a little problem. i use the RM Clock util to manage my cpu frequency in my notebook.

the question is:

-How can i change the startup multiplier and voltages?
4.0x and 0.800V the startup config. But after when windows start up, the new value is 10x and 1.125V.
I want to change the boot/startup settings. But in the BIOS, i cant find this option.
I tried many overclock program, but i can't able to modify this settings.

CPu Model:
AMD Turion(TM) 64 X2 Mobile Technology TL-60
MainBoard
Asus A8000Dc Series Notebook

Plesase Help me.
