Well there really is no way to do it, Overclocking varys depending on hardware & vendors 9 out of 10 times u can use the same settings as the next guy with the exact same setup as you but overclocking consists on certain settings on each individual peice of hardware depending on what model, revision, brand, manufacture, etc.
