Dual Pentium Pro Trouble

Well the Hardware on my ID.AU Server is

IBM PC365 model 6589-13A
Two Pentium Pro 200MHz 512k SL22Z Processors
Two Sticks of 128Meg 168pin EDO ECC RAM = 256Meg
One Stick of 32Meg 168pin EDO RAM
4Gig Maxtor Hard Drive
S3 Trio64V+ Display Card
Realtek 4Port Hub Card : Internal Network
Realtek Ethernet Card : External Network

So my problem is the second processor won't activate, the bios won't see it, I have a VRM but it's a compaq one, the pics I've seen don't look like they're much differant. The VRM fits perfectly so it's not as if it's really wrong, I've swapped the two processors around in case ones faulty, and they're both working.

I've searched what I feel to be the whole internet for the answer to only get as close as a pdf saying check the manual that comes with the second processor kit, which I can't seem to find anywhere.

So the question is put!! Has ANY ONE had any luck with an IBM PC365 second processor OR had ANY documentation on it.

Please Help I'm really at the last thread!!!

Nathan

Thumbs up Solved

Well many ideas later, I've figured it out a Compaq VRM is differant to a IBM.

Thankz all for looking, but that's how to fix it!

The problem is that not all the VRMs are the same...

for example: The VRM for Pentium Pro and P III looks similar
but the voltage they supply to the processors are different.
