I think the prob is with CPU

My computer hangs for a while and makes weird sound (trrrrrrrrrrr) when I listen to a song (any format).
Almost one month back I realized that there was a lot of dust on the processor so I opened it, cleaned the fan nicely and then fixed it again. After that life was not as easy as before. When ever I listen to music it hangs for a while and during this period task manager shows a 100 % usage of processor.
I tried different things like updating drivers, different media players, reinstalling windows, formatting partitions, re partitioning and even changed the hard disk but can not sort out the problem.
Any Idea? Please help me.

What you're describing is not at all characteristic of a CPU problem. Have you tried different speakers?

I think you should download crap cleaner first and clear out the history and temporary files etc

jzd disagrees: 1. The post is old. 2. I doubt this is the issue.
