if i over clock the bus speed to 100 mhz will a super socket 7 work?
other than the agp monitors the bus speed is different..currently i'm on a plane jane socket 7 asus tx97-e rev 1x i have installed a pentium 233 mhz over clocked it to 291 multiplier is 3 fsb is 97.6 or somethin' like that..so i figured my mobo could push out an extra 2.4 fsb mhz to run a super socket 7 what do you think?

The voltages may be different, and your BIOS probably wouldn't recognise SS7. Is it worth it nowadays, there some excellent value mobos that will run a duron for example - or even fully integrated boards with VIA C3 chip stuck on included in the price.
