Overclocking a p4 3.0 Ghz presscot

i need some help with overclocking my p4


-first of al how to overclock?!
-second i tried to do it in bios bud wont work :s


so please help

well first is the computer a prebuilt or a self built computer?

if its a pre built computer (IE: Dell, HP, Compaq) the only model i know that you can overclock is the newest top of the line Dell XPS

ok well....just a few more questions before you overclock

how big is your power supply and how is the current temp of your comptuer? Both are needed to figure out what is the max you should overclock to.

O yes what CPU is it? (speed and model)

current temp is 46 degrees bud cpu fan speed is 1465 i can raise it

i got a Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz Presscot
