As the saying goes, if you don't know how, you probably shouldn't do it. That said, there are probably settings in your bios to let you overclock the fsb at least. You want to be very careful with this and be sure you have lots of cooling capacity. Try Google, there are lots of resources.
With a processor that old, if you just want the extra speed, buy a new one. If you're trying to mess around for fun, then Google around and good luck.
