P4 2.8GHZ C overclocking?
Anyone here overclock their 2.8GHZ C? If so, what did you get it up to and what did you use, if anything, to get it up to where it is at?

If you want to see max overclocks for the 2.8 (or just about any other cpu) check out the database at http://www.cpudatabase.com/CPUdb/
Personally, I run a p4 2.4c, I've had it stable at 3.4, aircooled.

It wasn't too bad, though at that point it was getting close to 55 C under load for 8 hours. Bit warm for my taste, but still stable.

The Asus AI series MB lets you configure overclocking (or underclocking) right from a windows utility. Along with a meat thermometer ...

I never really went for overclocking but I've had no problems using that Ai tool. I noticed the performance increase on some of my games, too.
