PAT...worth the cost? XMS or KHX?

My new rig will be as follows:

2.4GHz SL6Z3 (overclocked w/air to around 3.4-3.6)
P4P800 (or Deluxe)/P4C800 (Deluxe/E-Deluxe)
2x80GB WD 7200RPM 8MB
2x256 Corsair XMS or Kingston Hyper-X (PC3200)
Radeon 9800 Pro
sp-94 or like with 92mm zalman

My question is of course is whether the PAT of the p4c800's is really worth the nearly $70 higher than the p4p800. I am already spending plenty of money considering I do have two other fast machines. On the ASUS site it says that you will get 3-5% performance increase, but will the increase be higher with an overclocked CPU? So basically, with as little or as much explanation as you want, is PAT worth $70 more?

Also, should I go with XMS or KHX and will PC3200 have good enough performance if I go with 5:4 or 3:2 dividers? I'd of course like as tight of timings as I can with as high of FSB as I can for my processor. 300/240 (5:4) or 300/200 (3:2) is indeed achieveable, but with what combination (brand and speed) am I most likely to achieve it with?
