interfacing PS/2 keyboard with P89V51rd2

I am using controller V51 with crystal 11.0592MHz, here i am interfacing PS/2 keyboard ,and its working fine, when i am changing the crystal 11 to 22.1184 MHz,I am getting the numeric 2 only by pressing any button in that keyboard.

I need same functionality with using 11 and 22 MHZ crystals.

so, please revert the best solution for this problem.
