whats happening

I just got a Mach Speed V400 KT400 Socket A Motherboard with a AMD Athlon XP2500+ / 512KB Cache / 333MHz FSB / Socket A / Barton Core / Processor but when it boots it boots at 1.1ghz. i looked in the bios but can't find anyway to increase the speed. Can anyone help me? the Chipset is
VIA Apollo KT400 System controller and VT8225 High Bandwidth Vlink Client South Bridge and i have latest update

look at the user manual that came with the board, or download a copy from the manufactuer's site, there should be a dram jumper for the bus speed near the ram slots, you will have to set it to match your fsb of your ram and processor.
