I do have some knowledge of CSS but the only thing is i want a Nintendo CSS thanks and i appreiciate it

A CSS changes the look of your site. Many things can be changed through CSS... such as borders, background colours, font styles, font colours, spacing, and many more things.

So it's impossible for us to know what you mean by a nintendo CSS. As I said, a CSS can change those and many more properties of the way your site is displayed. Be specific, use my list of things you can change as a starting point, and tell us what styles you want for the site. For example. "I want the background picture to be asdfghjkl.jpg." Ok. We can do that. K?
