Attached backgrounds won't work
Working on this website: injurylifeboat dot com (Sorry, new account  )
I'm trying to make both backgrounds static. The top background is located in html.skin-sky-blue div.header-bg-fill {. The bottom background is located in html {.
For some reason I can make the top background attached, but no matter what, the bottom background wants to scroll up over the top. For the life of me I can't figure out what's going on, though I'm sure it must be something simple.
Any ideas?
