Cannot get z-index work with my menu :(

Hello,
I was searching web and forums for a solution for my problem with CSS menu being hidden under a DIV.
It's a week and it's driving me crazy
It's working in FF, Chrome and IE8+
The main problem is, it's not working in IE7

Can somebody help me figure it out for IE7 please ?

Here is my test page.

You have a spare bracket } in "indexstyle.css".

I don't have IE7: did it support hover on non-anchor elements?
