    changing skin with CSS

I've seen some webpages than can change CSS with a single click. Another version is to change the font size with a single click. I wonder how they do it. any hints? many thanks in advanced.

    cheers.
I have yet to find the right way to do it.

Could I make it so when you mouse over one of the links to change the style sheet, it shows you what the style looks like. And when you mouse out, it still has the current style that you were using. This way you don't have to keep following links until you find the right one. Just mouse over a few and see what you like.

Here are some links that should help you with your problem.

Netscape DevEdge Redesigns As Standards Showcase
    Netscape DevEdge Redesign: CSS
    Netscape DevEdge Redesign: JavaScript

I have found DevEdge to be a real help when it comes to standards and general HTML/CSS coding.

    Edit-

I just looked at the example above, which does not work in Mozilla 1.4a. The example uses layers which are not a standard and only work in NS 4.x. I would strongly suggest that you do not use them.

    Hmmm...

I dont really like those methods.. they seem kind of kludgey.. and do not work in a wide array of browsers.

I have implemented something similar here:

    http://7thaaf.com

I am using .asp for the actual switching part, which then calls different style sheets which even contain different color images (for the logo).

Basically, there are no layers involved, only changing the style sheets.

This can be done pretty easily, and it seems to work in most current browsers.

The examples I posted should work in any modern browser. I know that it works in both IE and Mozilla/NS.

People who use the 4.x version browsers should be made to upgrade.
