    Conditionals broked in IE6 and older

    Hi There,

    I added a css dropdown menu to a dev site I am working on and although it works just fine in IE7 and FF it is broked in IE 6 & <

    Here is the page

    It seems that the IE conditional statements are kicking in for browsers older than and including IE6, but it just busts the menu - I've tried all sorts but to no avail.

    It is the 'browse' menus.

    Any pointers would be greatly appreciated

    You are doing the right thing by using conditional statements, but you are going about it the wrong way.

    What I would do, is set a IF LTE IE6, use this style sheet.

    HTML Code:
    <!--[if lte IE 6]>
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="/css/LuckyZoomIE6.css" type="text/css" media="screen" />

    Then in the LuckyZoomIE6.css file, add the css declarations for the areas you want targeted by IE6 and below.
