Right guys i want to update my links on my website using css. Is this possible?

What do you mean? Do you want to validate them all? If so use Perl with LWP.
Or do you want to change the look of them? Then you can use CSS.
If you want to do something else, please clarify you question

Say i have 30+ pages on my site and i want the same links to appear on every page is it possible to use css to update e.g. www.swat3.de to www.swat3.com???
