CSS a href Problem

I am having problems setting attributes specifically color to a link with this specific URL in IE. All my other links show up properly except this one.

http://www.rowmanlittlefield.com/Ca...mand=Search&db=^DB/CATALOG.db&eqSKUdata=0742511553

If I delete a single character or if I add a single character to the URL it sets the properties fine.
