CSS alignment/scroll issues
I would like this page to never allow vertical scrolling while maintaining bottom alignment. When you view in IE or Mozilla and shrink window less wide than the total width, a vertical scroll appears. I grabbed the new Opera for redundancy and it actually displays as I would like the others to.
