Quite often, I can surf into my site but the CSS doesn't forcebly apply, even though it's sytematically included in my header...

If I reload, then the CSS is used.

Anyone know about that ?

I've noticed that netscape doesn't consistently load or reload external links to a document... much to my frustration.
