    this doesn't appear to work in NS, although all printed matter i can get my hands on says it will:

    <body class="someCSSclassname">

    can anybody suggest a good workaround? i want to be able to control the font face and weight on an entire page, tables and all, without going thru all my pages and putting the class= attribute in every tag. thanks,
    nick

    Make a body{} css class instead.

    You can use a <font> tag inside the body.
    <body>
    <font ...>

    </font>
    </body>

    All the others font tags will have no face, thus inheriting the face estabilished, also no weight.
