okay.. the code works...
how do I offset the shadow so that it appears to the right and bottom of the img?
i only see the shadow before the images load, but once the do no more shadow because the img covers it up... [update] nevermind... i applied the filter to the entire table rather than the img itself, and voila! a shadow.. but the question remaines how to offset the shadow? Here is a tutorial that might help you. Remember that filters are an MS proprietary extension set and don't work on other browsers.

thanks...
i didn't know that filters only applied to MS IE...
i read through the page that you suggested but did not find out how to apply the dropshadow filter to the top/bottom/right side of an image/text... anybody have an idea? thanks again for the help so far.. |
