CSS for the ipad

OK, I built a nice which is fine on all browsers, except the ipad. For some reason my text links which are styled in CSS change the the default blue in an ipad. Can anyone tell me why this is a happening?
I guess I need to better understand CSS and the Ipad.
If anyone could recommend a good book, or web site that explains CSS and the ipad, that would be great!

Some of my web pages appear to be to tall for the ipad. When I try to scroll down to the bottom of the page, the ipad stops before reaching the bottom.

I'm proofing on www.browserstack.com, on a 1st generation ipad.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Well we could guess, but it would be easier if you posted a link to the page that's having the problem.

OK, I was just wondering about the limitations of the ipad.
You can see one page here You will see the links under the address a being blue instead of gray.

Is fairly tall, and when i proof on browserstack.com, using the ipad monitor, the page won't scroll to the bottom.

Any ideas or recommendations of good books to design for an ipad?

It seems issue #2 is due to your testing platform. On an actual iPad the page scrolls just fine.

As far as issue #1, are you referring to the phone numbers being styled as links? That's what iOS devices do, they turn any number they believe is a phone number into a clickable link. They're showing up as blue because you don't have any styles associated with a plain ol' <a> tag.
