    <a href="(url here" title=""></a>
    </div>

    and the css:
    #LayoutDiv2 {
    clear: both;
    float: left;
    margin-left: 0;
    width: 40%;
    height: 300px;
    display: block;
    background-color: #696;
    margin-top: 10px;
    font: 10pt normal Arial, sans-serif;
    text-align: center;
    background-image:url((logo-trimmed.png);
    }

    #LayoutDiv2 a:link {
    width: 100%;
    height:300px;
    top: 0;
    left: 0;
    text-decoration: none; /* No underlines on the link */
    z-index: 10; /* Places the link above everything else in the div */
    background-color: #FFF; /* Fix to make div clickable in IE */
    opacity: 0; /* Fix to make div clickable in IE */
    filter: alpha(opacity=1); /* Fix to make div clickable in IE */
    }

    ID's can only be used once, not multiple times, on a page.

    If you are trying to use that HTML multiple times, you will need to change to using a CLASS instead.
