css in opera en netscape compared to IE
Hello,
I know this is a general problem, css and cross browser compatibility, still I would like to pose this problem since my experience with css is nihil. The stylesheet implemented for the site i am building works fine in IE, but does not in opera nor netscape. Maybe the problem is in the fact that the content of the pages is in a table cell. However when I put in a selector TD, there is no markup at all. The css: BODY { font-family: Verdana, Geneva, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 9pt; color: black; margin-top: 5px; margin-left: 10px; } TABLE { font-family: Verdana, Geneva, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: xx-small; color: #757575; font-style: normal; line-height: 22px; font-weight: lighter; font-variant: normal; text-transform: none; text-decoration: none; letter-spacing: 2px; text-align: left; white-space: pre; } If anyone could help me, i would be thankfull. regards, Thomas |
