CSS layout box issue with IE6

Please try this link with IE:

I can't see the sentence that is supposed to be in the center whitespace to the right of the picture.

If you click on the "Home" link, I'm trying to do the same thing, but I can see the text. With IE on the "About Us" page, you can't see the text, unless you try to select all the text on the right side of the center area.

Any help would be appreciated. Mozilla and Konqueror display both the "Home" and "About Us" pages fine.

I'm still trying to learn the basics of CSS, but I haven't dived into the world of browser compatibility just yet.
