    Css Navbar Problems.

Hello all, I am having a problem with my CSS code I am not using any CSS3 so I don't know what it's causing it. Basically, I made a CSS style for a webpage layout it works fine on firefox, safari and chromium but it looks way too low on Internet explorer 9, Opera 12.15, and it's about 20-30px too low in Opera do I need to create different styles for different browsers?

thank for all your help in advanced.

There could be multiple reasons for it to not show correctly in browsers like IE9 and Opera, one being a potential error somewhere else in the code.

Try validating your code with http://validator.w3.org/ and if that doesn't show anything wrong, please give us a link so we can have a closer look. You shouldn't need to use separate style sheets for these more modern browsers.
