css scrollbar code and php
hello... this is strange... if i add the following code to my stylesheet and include it in a php file, the css doesn't take effect.... but if i include the stylesheet in an html file everything works fine... the scrollbar color changes in a .html file and not in a .php file...
What Is Wrong?
i've seen this work in .php files before...www.deviantart.com

as is the code is fine....
how are you including it? if it's a style sheet, it needs to be initially saved as a .css extension, and then use include() to load the file using PHP into your script.
you need to provide a little bit more info.

or use the the HTML commands
<link rel="stylesheet" href="styles/site.css" type="text/css">
Between the header tags of you pages, either one will do. I prefer to use the above as it does not add all the css code to you page. Not sure if its any better, but I prefer it.

i'm using html to include it... but this is very strange... in a .php file... if i put some TEXT on the beginning of the file instead of a image it works! hmm... what is this?

It HAS to be between <head> and </head> for it to be valid XHTML

Thats what said, though header may be a little confusing, i ment <head></Head>, I've always called them header tags.
