New Member - Expanding menu help

Hello, My name is Creig and im new to web design. I have an issue with my webpage im working on. The top part of my page is suppose to scroll down to reveal my site menu, how ever i did something wrong and now it is snapping down and can see part of the back ground on top. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for any of your time
