Formatting a text menu
Trying to learn CSS. Ive got a basic text menu I want to format. Its horizontal and I would like to put a blue background behind it and remove the ____ that shows its a link.

Can anyone show me how to do it with CSS?

ok thanks for that. another thing i cannot figure out is how to place a solid border on just the right side of my div?
