If you hover over one of the navigation bars, the sub menu is displayed. I'm trying to get the sub menu item the same width as the main item. I.E. Under "My Practice" and "Bio"

To me, the easiest way to approach this is to just create 2 new classes [or IDs , since each will only be used one time] to use on each of those sub-menu <ul>'s.
Then, use position:relative; along with the left: rule and width: rule to get each sub-menu to do what you want.
