Question <input type=file> CSS styles?

Hey there,

anyone of you knows a way to redesign the <input type=file> tags in Internet Explorer and Mozilla? IE at least formats the textbox the way I specify in my class= attribute. But Mozilla won't just du anything and ignores all style definitions I want to apply on it. But this looks really ugly!

So what can I do about it? I'd accept some browser-dependant syntax since this is only a cosmetic thing and I need to code browser-dependant anyway.
