    Links not working on mobile

    I have flags linking in the header of my site which link to the site in different languages. They are working fine on desktop on all mobile sites except on the Hebrew mobile site the flags and the page is messed up. The links aren't going to the correct place and the screen is moving so black areas are seen.
    I can't figure out why this is happening. Any ideas?
    To view the issue please view on a mobile (with chrome user agent switcher is seems fine by on the ipods and androis devices I tested on, it is all messed up).

    My code for the flags is:

    Code:
    <div style="display:table-cell;"><a href="<?php print base_path(); ?>he"><img src= "<?php print base_path() . drupal_get_path('theme', 'cc_subtheme');?>/images/Hebrew.png" alt="Hebrew" /></a></div>
                <div style="display:table-cell;"><a href="<?php print base_path(); ?>en"><img src= "<?php print base_path() . drupal_get_path('theme', 'cc_subtheme');?>/images/English.png" alt="English" /></a></div>
        	    <div style="display:table-cell;"><a href="<?php print base_path();?>ru"><img src= "<?php print base_path() . drupal_get_path('theme', 'cc_subtheme');?>/images/Russian.png" alt="Russian" /></a></div>
        	        </div>

    Is it possible to make it more readable in the future like this ->

    Code:
    <div style="display:table-cell;">
    <a href="<?php print base_path(); ?>he">
    <img src= "<?php print base_path() . drupal_get_path('theme', 'cc_subtheme');?>
    /images/Hebrew.png" alt="Hebrew" />
    </a></div>
    <div style="display:table-cell;">
    <a href="<?php print base_path(); ?>en">
    <img src= "<?php print base_path() . drupal_get_path('theme', 'cc_subtheme');?>
    /images/English.png" alt="English" />
    </a></div>
    <div style="display:table-cell;">
    <a href="<?php print base_path();?>ru">
    <img src= "<?php print base_path() . drupal_get_path('theme', 'cc_subtheme');?>
    /images/Russian.png" alt="Russian" /></a></div>
    </div>

    As far as I can see, you have

    href="<?php print base_path(); ?>he">

    Try using <?php echo base_path(); ?> instead

    I tried posting the full URL and it didn't help. I don't understand why desktop and every other mobile page is working fine except for the Hebrew page...

    I think you have to have a certain number of posts before you can post links to sites, just to control spammers, not to say you are, but that is what they've probably done

    It could mean that your variable or function hasn't been set properly

    To be honest you should be posting this in the PHP section

    Are you saying my site has been attacked by spammers and that is why the links are not working?
