Hey Im kinda new to CSS and I was wondering what I could do to get my menu like the of Hering's website. (sorry i can't post links :B)

try looking at the SOURCE of that page! figure out what ids/classes they use and then look up the css styles.

Thanks i did it, but im still confused. If someone could help...

So it means that each menu "includes" the image? cause when you mouse hover just one of the button rolls.(the image)
And i'm confused cause isn't it be easy if there is one image for button instead of one big image and the background coutinuous changing?
And is there a simple way to make a text of a menu roll up changing the background color when mouse hover, without a banner frontward to hide the bottom image?
