Pages Loading Slow in CSS

I have redeveloped my hobbie site and I can for the life of me work out why it is now running so slow.

I use CSS for positioning and it is relatively simple positioning, the css file is 5kb off memory.. My users are saying that all the pages are running really slow.'


I am building the page using asp for Include files and I don't think that is the problems, could some people take a look at the site and see if it loads slow for you and maybe offer some advice, cause Im stumped

Also the message board is running so slow that when typing into the text field its like 3 characters behind sometimes even more.
