PHP and CSS - Dev Shed

Does anyone know if there are any issues regarding using external stylesheets with PHP? If I include the styles in the < head > section of the page, it works fine. If I try to use an external stylesheet, it is ignored. Any help is appreciated.

I have a PHP script that includes an HTML file to be printed to the screen.

This file has a stylesheet link to an external css file, and it works fine.

Are you sure your code for the external css file is correct?
