    [Solved] CSS being pulled into top of page

    My apologies as this question doesn't fit into any particular forum very well. Figuring maybe someone in this forum might have experienced this though.

    I'm having the craziest behavior on a new site, whereas the contents of an externally linked css file (or really any file) is being outputted in an inline tag on the top of the page.

    For instance, I have a simple HTML page:

    Code:
    <!DOCTYPE HTML>
    <html>
    <head>
    	<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
    	<title><?php echo TITLE ?></title>
    	<link rel="stylesheet" href="/css/style.css" />
    </head>
    <body>
    The stylesheet contains simply:
    body{margin:0}

    When I go to view the source of the page, the link to the stylesheet has been completely replaced and I simply see:

    Code:
    <!DOCTYPE HTML>
    <html>
    <head>
    	<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
    	<title><?php echo TITLE ?></title>
    	<style>body{margin:0}</style>
    </head>
    <body>
    Crazy! It's completely reproducable with other pages, files, text, etc. So it seems pretty evident to me that the web host has some kind of funky server setting, external caching service, something... going on that's causing this to happen. Anyone know what might be going on?

    Thanks,
    Jeremy
