Hi everyone,
I have about 10 small 5k images loading in a CSS style down my page - but i find that they will randomly load, sometimes just the first, then stop receive/send activity as if the page has loaded. Sometimes it will load about 4 and then stop, different everytime! can't understand it? Is is the CSS style itself? you are welcome to have a look at my site and the problem page - there should be images of primates loading down the left of the screen in a yellow based CSS sheet. P.S the site has not been launched as of yet - about 90% done Hope someone can help, cheers everyone, Alasdair Last edited by alasdair1234 : July 15th, 2004 at 10:35 AM. Reason: URL change |

I see them all fine in Mozilla 0.8, what sort of connection are you working on?
Sounds more like a server/browser/connection issue. |

I'm using IE6, broadband 128k, should work a treat but will find it will load the first image of the array and the rest will be loaded but not displayed. If you click properties in and empty space where the image will be, it wakes up the browser so to speak and they all pop up - but without clicking prop, then they remain invisable but loaded!! very strange. have purged temp files, refreshed - everything, the browser seems to need to refresh just that once to get it to work. I feel like putting a response.redirect at the end just to make it refresh after one sec to see if it fixes it! |
