    Angry Trying to get this to work(css+php help)

    Check out the following site.

    http://www.steeprockinc.com/extranet/test/calendar/

    As you can see the calendar is not scaled, and there is an obnoxious box on the right hand side.

    Here is the stylesheet info it is referencing:

    Code:
    /**** month and year header at top of calendar ****/
    .date_header			{ font-size:16px; font-family:arial, helvetica; font-weight:bold }

    /**** color and size of calendar cells. ****/
    .day_cell				{ background-color:#CCCC99; height:80; width: 90; }
    .empty_day_cell			{ background-color:#FFFFFF; height:80; width: 90; }
    .today_cell				{ background-color:#ECECDA; height:80; width: 90; }

    /**** day number in upper left corner of each cell ****/
    .day_number				{ font-size:10px; font-family:verdana, arial, helvetica; color:#000 }

    /**** title_txt is the text for each post on main page ****/
    .title_txt				{ font-size:10px; font-family:verdana, arial, helvetica; color:#000 }
    .title_txt A:link		{ color:#00F; text-decoration:underline }
    .title_txt A:active		{ color:#00F; text-decoration:underline }
    .title_txt A:visited	{ color:#00F; text-decoration:underline }
    .title_txt A:hover		{ color:#00F; text-decoration:underline }

    /**** time line under title text when event time given ****/
    .time_str				{ font-size:9px; font-family:arial, helvetica }

    /**** column headers or days of the week ****/
    .column_header			{ background-color:#2663E2; font-size:12px; font-family:arial, helvetica; color:#FFFFFF; font-weight:bold }

    /**** footprint text ****/
    .footprint				{ font-size:10px; font-family:verdana, arial, helvetica; color:#000; font-weight:bold; }
    .footprint A			{ font-size:10px; font-family:verdana, arial, helvetica; color:#00F; font-weight:bold; }
    // end hiding -->
    When I change the cell height and width, it has no effect on the calendar.

    This is the include info I am using on the page.

    Code:
        <?
    require("config.php");
    require("lang/lang.en.php");
    require("functions.php");

    $month = $HTTP_GET_VARS['month'];
    $year = $HTTP_GET_VARS['year'];

    // set month and year to present if month
    // and year if not received from query string
    $m = (!$month) ? date("n") : $month;
    $y = (!$year) ? date("Y") : $year;

    $scrollarrows = scrollArrows($m, $y);

    $auth = auth();

    require("templates/default.php");
    ?>
    I believe this is all inside a div...I am using a template setup in Dreamweaver.

    Code:
    <?
    session_start();
    ?>
    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"

    I wan the calendar to scale within that div, or even a frame if possible. Thanks!

    i looked at the source of the page, and made this change to the calendar table:

    <table border="0" cellpadding="1" cellspacing="1" width="100%">
    <tbody>
    <tr>
    <td class="column_header" width="14%">&nbsp;Sun</td>
    <td class="column_header" width="14%">&nbsp;Mon</td>
    <td class="column_header" width="14%">&nbsp;Tue</td>
    <td class="column_header" width="14%">&nbsp;Wed</td>
    <td class="column_header" width="14%">&nbsp;Thur</td>
    <td class="column_header" width="14%">&nbsp;Fri</td>
    <td class="column_header" width="14%">&nbsp;Sat</td>
    </tr>

    that should work

    er...
    the HTML source of the page you've linked to...
    its in this section of the code:

    <!-- InstanceBeginEditable name="content" -->

    i dont know how you've generated the table, but that's what i suggest changing

    i believe the table was generated through the script, because this is all I have to put it there.

    Code:
    <?
    require("config.php");
    require("lang/lang.en.php");
    require("functions.php");

    $month = $HTTP_GET_VARS['month'];
    $year = $HTTP_GET_VARS['year'];

    // set month and year to present if month
    // and year if not received from query string
    $m = (!$month) ? date("n") : $month;
    $y = (!$year) ? date("Y") : $year;

    $scrollarrows = scrollArrows($m, $y);

    $auth = auth();

    require("templates/default.php");
    ?>
